Construction
Allciv is able to provide construction services for small to medium sized civil projects such as road works, drainage, intersection upgrades, landfill sites, car parks, sub-divisions, detailed and bulk excavations. We are pre-qualified with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads and are able to complete works on the state controlled road network. Road Maintenance and Insitu Pavement Stabilisation
We offer a complete road maintenance service which includes the capability to stabilise pavement insitu up to a depth of 250mm,  all traffic control, onsite personnel and quality assurance.  (click here for more information)

Construction Management and Supervision:
Allciv provides a full Construction Management and Supervision service for clients who wish to utilize their own plant, assets and other resources but do not have sufficient numbers of upper management staff to bring projects to completion. This model has worked well for local government and statutory bodies enabling a higher level of control and flexibility with project delivery.

Examples of the services we offer include management and coordination of design consultants, initial project cost estimation, project programming, contract administration, daily site supervision, accurate daily cost accrual of works and certification of invoices for payment.
