Allciv is a family owned Civil Construction Company based in the idyllic Whitsunday location of Airlie Beach. Generally our scope of works consists of Earthworks, Drainage, Road Works, Pavement Rehabilitation and Service Installations; we are currently completing several Infrastructure and Flood Recovery projects. We maintain third party accreditation for our Quality, Safety and Management Systems. We currently have the following positions on offer:

Project Manager

Due to our growth over the past twelve months we require the services of a Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years’ experience to Lead, Mentor and Manage Project Teams and Junior Project Engineers. This role requires excellent communication skills due to a high level of inter and intra company interaction; exceptional time management skills; and the ability to plan, manage and deliver numerous projects simultaneously whilst operating within budgetary restraints. The successful candidate will have a Civil Engineering Degree with experience in Project Managing Construction Projects and Teams, coupled with a demonstrated aptitude for planning and forward thinking.  

Project Engineer

Due to our growth over the past twelve months we require the services of a Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience looking to move into a Project Management role. Tasks will include the day to day Project Management and Engineering of projects within set parameters. This role requires excellent communication skills due to a high level of client interaction, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to plan, manage and deliver projects within budgetary and time constraints. The successful candidate will have a Civil Engineering Degree with experience in construction coupled with a demonstrated aptitude for planning and forward thinking.

Labourer/Plant Operator
